The process starts with a contact moment by email, phone or during a face-to-face meeting. We discuss your wishes, goals and expectations. Proposal, alignment and sample testing
Once everything is clearly defined, you receive a tailored proposal setting out material choice, specification, quantities and any additional services. We review the quotation together and carefully align logistical and technical details. Only when everything is clear and you approve do we start production.
For extra reassurance upfront, DaklaPack’s in-house innovation team can produce samples of the packaging. These handmade samples allow you to assess the design visually and test the packaging in practice. You gain insight into look and feel, functionality and usability, before full-scale production begins.
Production with quality assurance
After approval, production starts in our own facilities. Average lead time is 6 to 8 weeks, depending on specifications and total scope. During production, we monitor quality at fixed control points. Our proven approach is designed for continuity, so repeat orders and scaling up integrate smoothly with the established process. You can count on reliable delivery, even as volumes grow.
Delivery, completion and what’s next
After production, we arrange careful delivery, nationally or internationally. Depending on planning and urgency, we choose the most suitable transport option together, such as sea freight, rail freight or air freight. We can deliver directly to you or your customer, and we can also provide storage and call-off deliveries. Our involvement does not end at dispatch. We stay in touch, review the process, and advise on stock management and opportunities for improvement.
